If you don't have antivirus but want to scan your computer without download or purchase the antivirus.
The most useful option is just to scan the whole system immediately, which will scan and attempt to repair any files that are changed or corrupted.
so, here we go...
You will need to open the Command Prompt in administrator mode. Right-click on the Start menu or press Windows+R on your keyboard, and choose “Command Prompt ”as Administrator.
Now type : sfc/scannow
Wail till your scan is completed.
Finally your computer has scanned.

You should have Original CD/DVD (in tray) which is used to install the OS on the system, only then this will work.
